Today was my first time to be AE-on-Duty, the responsibilities of which I am still not sure. *giggles* Well, it wasn't too hard. I felt like a call center agent answering phone calls nonstop, even picking up calls from the phone lines of the booking & reservations staff. What I do know is that aside from answering phone inquiries, I also have to entertain inquiries from walk-in guests. I still have a lot to learn, especialy when it comes to booking procedures, but it certainly is fun doing something different today. :) I'll try to take pictures during my next duty.
